216 ROOMS
Each room measures 26 square metres and comes complete with one king or two single beds, en-suite shower room, internet access, 32” LCD television, private in-room safe, international direct dial telephones and work desk with views of either the pool or the distant Musandam mountains. Communicating rooms for families are available upon request. All housekeeping requests are entertained – do you want foam or feather pillows, an extra bed or cot?
42 JUNIOR SUITES
All Junior Suites overlook the pool and measure 33 square metres containing all of the above but in addition a study with all the necessities of the travelling executive.
11 ONE BEDROOM SUITE
Measuring 48 square metres these beautifully appointed suites overlook the Musandam mountains and have ample storage space for the long-stay guest.
1 TWO BEDROOM SUITE
On the Mezzanine Floor above the pool, an amply proportioned suite of rooms for dignitaries or families with children containing one King bedded room, one twin bedded room as well as a sitting room.
103 APARTMENTS
An entire wing comprising one bedroom apartments measuring 52 square metres with choice of king or twin beds, sitting room with dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. The wing is serviced by its own entrance and elevator. These rooms are comfortable and practical with ample wardrobe space and modern airy furniture.
